Save The Date! The 16th Annual Portland Golf Show Returns To Convention Center

February 13-15

PORTLAND, Ore. — In what has become the annual kickoff event to the Pacific Northwest golf season, the Portland Golf Show will return to the Oregon Convention Center for the 16th-straight year Feb. 13-15, 2009, combining the unbeatable bargains and amazing giveaways that have made the show a success with exciting new components guaranteed to attract an even wider audience.

Over the past 15 years, the Portland Golf Show has developed a rabid following on the strength of bargain-basement prices on the hot, new club models and apparel lines from all of the golf world’s heavy hitters, unbeatable savings from dozens of the industry’s leading exhibitors, and giveaway and prize packages that guarantee a return on the value of the consumer’s ticket the second they pass through the door.

This year, however, the nation’s economic downturn has created an even more favorable market for golf consumers, with manufacturers, courses and retailers offering unheard-of discounts and even more free goodies than ever before. Just for walking in the door at the 2009 Portland Golf Show, every attendee will receive a goody bag containing free rounds to Mallard Creek and Camas Meadows, plus a one-year subscription to Golf Digest. In addition, the first 1,000 people in the door each day will receive a two-ball sleeve courtesy of Bridgestone golf!

Once on the show floor, attendees will have the chance to try out all of the latest equipment in the Demo Zone, buy top-of-the-line clubs at discount prices in the Clearance Center, and take advantage of show-only specials from the region’s leading golf retailers, courses, restaurants, vacation planners and much, much more!

This year’s show will be the largest in Portland Golf Show history, featuring:

• Great Deals— The 5,000-square foot Clearance Center will be offering the lowest prices of the year on name-brand clubs and equipment, including Bridgestone, Callaway, Cleveland, Nike, Ping, Taylor Made and many, many more. In addition, visit over 100 exhibitors from the golf industry — check out resorts, products, instruction and more!

• Demo Zone — Want to try before you buy? Check out the latest in club technology from all of the industry’s big boys in the interactive Demo Zone.

FREE Giveaways — Every attendee at the Portland Golf Show will receive a goody bag containing free rounds of golf to Camas Meadows and Mallard Creek, a one-year subscription to Golf Digest, and more! In addition, the first 1,000 attendees each day will receive a two-ball sleeve courtesy of Bridgestone Golf.
